Kimberly is an experienced health policy and equity professional with expertise in addressing access to care issues through advocacy and education. She has led various health equity initiatives and including the establishment of the Bleeding Disorders Health Disparities Council at the Hemophilia Federation of America in 2020. Kimberly has a personal connection to rare disease; she has two nephews and a cousin who live with hemophilia and an uncle who passed away from the disorder when he was only eight years old.

Kimberly holds a BA in political science with a minor in psychology from Howard University, a law degree from North Carolina Central University, and an MPH in epidemiology from Georgia State University.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, good food, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and fur baby.
